• The Services will be available at all times or without interruption
• All property listings will remain available
• All information provided will be error-free or complete
• The Services will meet all your specific requirements

2.3 Agency Relationship

We act as an independent agent facilitating connections between property owners and potential tenants. We do not own the properties listed on our platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Provide all documents required for rental applications
• Notify us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your rental application

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent our Services to contact property owners directly
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use automated systems to access the Services
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users

3.3 Property Viewings

When attending property viewings, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled viewings
• Treat properties and their contents with respect
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions
• Provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel

4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 Agency Fees

Our standard agency fee structure:

• Agency Fee: One month's rent (payable upon lease signing)
• Additional Services: Fees may apply for premium services such as expedited processing or extended relocation support

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• All fees must be paid before lease signing unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered
• We accept multiple payment methods as specified on our website
• Additional bank or processing fees may apply for certain payment methods

4.3 Third-Party Costs

You are responsible for all costs not covered by our agency fee, including but not limited to:

• Property deposit and rent
• Utilities and maintenance fees
• Legal fees for contract review
• Moving and relocation costs
• Government fees and registration costs

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Service Cancellation

You may cancel our services at any time before a lease agreement is signed. However:

• Services already rendered are non-refundable
• Partial fees may apply if substantial work has been completed
• Written notice of cancellation must be provided

5.2 Lease Termination

Once a lease is signed:

• All agency fees are non-refundable
• Lease terms are subject to the signed agreement
• Early termination is subject to landlord approval and contract terms
• We may assist with lease termination negotiations (additional fees may apply)

5.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate information and quality service:

• We do not guarantee property availability or suitability
• We are not responsible for property conditions or landlord actions
• We provide information in good faith but cannot verify all details
• Property descriptions are based on information provided by owners

6.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the agency fees you paid
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party actions
• We are not liable for your failure to secure desired property

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Any false or misleading information you provide

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our Services, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images, and photographs
• Software, code, and functionality
• Design, layout, and compilation
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names

are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
