Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team specializing in expat housing services. You will help international clients find their ideal homes in Hangzhou, manage property viewings, negotiate lease agreements, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist expat clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their requirements
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about neighborhoods
• Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants
• Prepare and review rental contracts and documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and management companies
• Provide relocation assistance and city orientation services
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Chinese proficiency is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate, customer service, or related fields
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Hangzhou real estate market is preferred
• Valid driver's license is a plus
