Oakmade by Ledent Asset Group

Oakmade is the extended-stay serviced-apartment brand of Zhejiang Ledent Asset Group (丽晶资产集团). As early as 2008 the group worked with leading hotel-apartment operators at EAC to combine commercial real estate with hotel living. Drawing on that experience, it created the Oakmade brand in 2012.
