Tina was very understanding and helpful throughout my house searching process, listening to my specific requirements and responding very well with a lot of the houses I was taken to see, both in regards to the quality and locations of the homes. Tina was also very patient, considering the fact that we started looking for my new home rather early and gave some examples of the types of homes I could find even before I was ready to look for a new home. We went to view houses on three or four seperate occasions and kept me up to date of new houses on the market very frequently. Once we found my new place, Tina was very clear over payment details and made a log of everything, both in terms of payment as well as checking my home for already existent damages, she even made sure to help out a little with talking to the landlord regarding my bills and setting up my own wifi which was very helpful too. Looking for a home with Tina has been the most pleasant house viewing experience I had, and this is the sixth time I looked for a home in Hangzhou so I think that says a lot. Thanks Tina!
