Fuxing Street Community is located in the southern part of Hangzhou City, with Meizheng Road to the east, Yangyang Road to the west, Qiantang River to the south, and Fuxing Road to the north. The total area of the community is 0.24 square kilometers. There are currently 61 residential buildings, with 3,890 households and a total population of over 8,400 people, of which more than 95% are resettlement households. There are 16 staff members in the community, and various fully equipped service and activity venues, such as "Five Rooms, Three Stations, One School, and One Senior Home" activity rooms, are set up within the community with complete hardware facilities. There are 11 branches in the community, with 320 Party members, 171 households in difficulty, and 193 registered disabled people. Fuxing Street Community is characterized by Party-building services and has established several distinctive volunteer service teams, such as the Party Member Newspaper Reading Team, the Party Member Cheerleading Team, the Party Member Volunteer Patrol Team, and the Old Sisters' Volunteer Service Team.
