Hubin Subdistrict, belonging to Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, stretches from Xihu Avenue in the south to Qingchun Road in the north, with the Xihu Lake to the west and the Zhonghe River to the east. It covers an area of 1.6 square kilometers with a population of 22,939 people (as of 2010). Hubin Subdistrict has well-developed transportation and complete facilities.
