Cici was very friendly and informative. She took initiative in helping me to set up a router, look for a gym, and suggesting to look at other units she felt I might be interested in. Cici is a very good house agent. She has assisted us for everything from searching the flats to establish all the main services necessary to rent the flat. Moreover, as we are foreigners and less practice on the daily life aspects, we did not know Chinese lamguage, she assisted us for many other services such as cleaning service, internet and daily life first issues before our settlement in the new flat. She is active, always problem solving girl and very kind! I suggest her with 5 stars to whoever is searching a house in Hangzhou! Stefania Sabella
