I liked that there are 2 contracts: The leasing contract, which is clear in English and Chinese, and the contract between me and the real estate agency, which describes the services that the agency will provide during the period of the lease. I am also thankful for the way she provided her service by sending pictures of the apartments that she was suggesting so I could tell her which one(s) I wanted to see, and then she proceeded to schedule the visit times with the landlords. I believe that what made this process come to a good port, was the fact that she took the time to understand what I was looking for.
