We are new to Hangzhou, China. Tina was a wonderful asset to help us finding an apartment. Within an afternoon we found exactly what we wanted. She picked us up and drove us back to the hotel every time needed. She was always on time. Her English is very good. She was competent, knowledgeable and well prepared.
