Cici is a friendly, hard working housing agent who speaks English well. I always got fast answers when I messaged her and she helped deal with issues, big and small.

I have known Cici for six years and she has been most helpful both in finding my apartments and in helping me with any issues with which I need help. I appreciate a number of things about her excellent work. First, she is prompt on replying to my questions. She has always been attentive to my own interest in apartment style and budget. Any time I have needed help with issues such as tv, internet, utilities, landlord contacts, apartment management issues and even finding moving vans, Cici has been a quick and capable help. Additionally, her fluent language ability and excellent attitude makes working her very easy. Needless to say, if you are looking for a hard-working, capable agent who is also a very good person, Cici is this person. Highly recommended.

Cici was really helpful in my search for an apartment in Hangzhou. She was open to finding several places that would interest me, and listened to my wants and concerns. She has also helped me navigate moving to Hangzhou during the virus epidemic. I appreciate all her help and will recommend her to anyone I know in search of living accommodations in Hangzhou!
