Cici was very helpful in helping us find our new apartment. She was patient and showed us lots of different apartments and was never pushy. Cici really was a great support during my stay in Hangzhou. She was reachable at any time and helped with all kind of issues. Made all housing challenges go away smoothly.

Cici has been my property agent. She helped us find office and apartment, both top class. Even after finding the office and apartment, Cici helped us with fittings and maintenance. As I cannot speak Chinese, Cici has also been helping me with dues payment. She is very proactive, keeps on top of all due payments and reminds me, and I really appreciate that. She checks in regularly with me asks for updates an if I am facing any problems. I would recommend Cici to anyone looking for office/apartment in Hangzhou. She is very good at her job.

I moved from USA to China for a two (2) year relocation. Cici was my local relocation person and she did a great job. She was always available with WeChat to answer any question I had.
