Hangzhou's 3commercial districts selected as national innovation cases

Recently, four projects of Zhejiang were selected as the national retail industry innovation & improvement cases in 2025. Zhejiang and Sichuan are tied for the first place in terms of quantity. Among them, three projects are from Hangzhou, such as Hangzhou City Center, Hangzhou Qinghefang Historical Block, and Hangzhou Nanxingli.

Hangzhou City Center (CC) Project is centered on "cultural empowerment, digital driving, and scene reconstruction" to improve commercial vitality.

Hangzhou Qinghefang Historical Block focuses on business models and architecture, and achieves significant results after renovation, becoming a typical example of high-quality development in the integration of culture and tourism.

Hangzhou Nanxingli adopts the mode of "integrating investment, construction and operation", and successfully creates a modern livelihood service hub, to provide the reproducible model for the renovation of old neighborhoods.
