Sherry is a great Housing Plus representative. She was always available whenever I needed help. She helped me move from Beijing to Hangzhou without viewing the apartment in person and sent detsiled videos of the place so I could make my decision. I lived in the apartment for one year and even signed the lease for a second year but had to move because my job moved further. She helped me with the Internet and any issues I had, which were few, during the time I lived in the apartment. My landlord was also great and Sherry helped me to communicate with the landlord when needed. I always recommended Sherry to the new foreign teachers at my school. She is wonderful and so kind and has a very positive attitude. If I move in the future, I will ask Sherry to help me again.

Sherry is the best agent I came accross in 6 years in China. She is smart and speaks fluent English. She understood my requirements quickly, showed me many apartments and was very helpful in fixing the deal. I though she would disappear after the deed is signed, but no, she was assisting me all the time, and I got through the tough Covid times with all the regulations thanks to her help. I cannot talk in Chinese, so I asked her to help for everything related to the house, and she arranged everything from cleaning maids to plumbers. Sherry was the reason I extended my lease twice on the apartment, I only left the apartment when I left China. Even at the time of ending the lease, Sherry was most helpful, and she made a bridge between me and the Landlady. I have been recommending Sherry and your agency to all my friends.
