No complaints. Everything worked out well. I just came to Hangzhou from Korea yesterday and now I have an apartment! Feels great to not have that big issue to worry about. Personally, Cherry was very pleasant, helpful and willing to work out problems with me. Her English was great which helped a lot since I know almost no Chinese. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Cici did an excellent job in finding us apartments that fit our requirements. Once we selected an apartment, she negotiated the terms with our landlord to help us get most of the things that we requested for the apartment. She also went out of her way to bring the contract to us after the landlord had signed it becuase we couldn't meet directly with him due to our working hours. Her and the company have also been incredibly helpful while we have been living in the apartment to assist us in fixing the few minor issues that we have run into. I would highly reccomend Cici to others in the future!

Tina was a great agent! She was never pushy and only showed me what I wanted to see. She was very helpful with also getting fapiao! Before I decided on renting the apartment she showed me she was willing to help me with a fapiao for my old place. She has also been able to answer any questions or help deal with any problems.
