I was fortunate to not have any big issues this past year but even for the minor things York was available and always willing to help resolve any minor problems that did come up. I appreciated knowing that if I needed anything I or my school could contact York to help. I know that he talked with my school about the fapiao for my rent.

Robert is an extremely efficient agent. It has been a pleasure to have him as my agent. Robert was able to find me the perfect place even with such a tight frame. He went out and beyond to make sure everything got done and prepared before my arrival to the apartment. Even after settling in Robert continued to facilitate my life in China from providing me with useful information about Hangzhou to even taking me to my PCR test appointments. There’s no word to truly thank him for all that he did and still those for me. He is tryout the best agent there is and I will recommend him to every person that ask me.

Cici is amazing! She was very helpful during a process that was very confusing for us. She was very patient with our many requests and apartment viewings. When it came time to sign a contract, the landlord only had limited time and Cici stayed late going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely recommend Cici to all of our coworkers and friends.
