She helped me move from Beijing to Hangzhou without viewing the apartment in person and sent detsiled videos of the place so I could make my decision. I lived in the apartment for one year and even signed the lease for a second year but had to move because my job moved further. She helped me with the Internet and any issues I had, which were few, during the time I lived in the apartment. My landlord was also great and Sherry helped me to communicate with the landlord when needed. I always recommended Sherry to the new foreign teachers at my school. She is wonderful and so kind and has a very positive attitude. If I move in the future, I will ask Sherry to help me again.

Agnes was amazing! Got me an apartment in record time. Although I pushed it to the last minute, we were able to sign a contract the night before I started work. Agnes showed me where to register, what documents to fill out and even took the time to show the area. Agnes always checks up on me to see if everything is fine, and has helped solve some issues in the room, and contacted the building management to take care.of everything asap. very happy with the support and grateful for all her hard work.
