Agnes was amazing throughout the entire process of searching for an apartment and even after. She got all my requirements and made sure to work within the parameters I had requested.She communicated my needs to the landlords and made sure I was aware of some additional services or things that might be necessary. Agnes was amazing! Got me an apartment in record time. Although I pushed it to the last minute, we were able to sign a contract the night before I started work. Agnes showed me where to register, what documents to fill out and even took the time to show the area. Agnes always checks up on me to see if everything is fine, and has helped solve some issues in the room, and contacted the building management to take care.of everything asap. very happy with the support and grateful for all her hard work.

Agnes always goes above and beyond for me. Every time I'm looking for a new place, she shows me several different options to consider to ensure that I get a place that I really like. Even after moving in, she's very helpful, if I have any questions, I can always just ask and she will help me out. I haven't needed another agent because she works so hard. I'll recommended her to several of my friends and will continue to do so because she makes living in China easier for expats.

Agnes is a lifesaver. She knows Hangzhou well and was able to help me decide how far I wanted to be from work and what I needed in a neighborhood. She was able to help me negotiate a contract even with my own company's standard contract. She welcomed me to my neighborhood, set up utilities, and made sure I was comfortable in my new home.
