Agnes was extremely efficient and effective during the house hunting, contract signing and handling of any issues with the landlord. Yes, she speaks English, but more than that she predicts potential problems and provides clear and concise information on each step (which is invaluable to someone moving to China, such as myself, for the first time and unclear on many processes). I have already recommended Agnes to others, and will gladly do so again should anyone else ask for an agent in Hangzhou！

From the outset, Agnes has been very supportive. The dedication to every detail and fine-tuning throughout the entire moving process made the difference. Although I only moved from Shanghai, she communicated with the landlord and my employer to ensure everything was all set. This relieved me from stress and worryof moving, espeically relocating to a new apartment. Agnes even took me to get registered at the poloice station, another important aspect of expat life. From the initial contact to the signing of the documents, Agnes has been a god send. She really does understand what i s required and within a budget that is agreed. I would highly recomend Agnes and Hangzhou housing to my friends. Thank you again fro all your support.

Agnes has been really helpful to me since moving to this apartment when I needed to get a new key for my room she helped me speak to the staff about my situation who couldnt speak much English. Having someone who's bilingual is very helpful at this stage when I'm in my early development of learning Chinese.
