Ge Lin Gong Guan

The Chaoming Subdistrict is located to the east of Tiesha River, west of Donghe River, north of the Grand Canal, and south of Qingchun Road, which marks the border with Shangcheng District. Surrounded by three rivers, it has a pleasant environment. The subdistrict had a residential population of 58,035 people (2010). It has jurisdiction over 9 community neighborhoods: Donghe, Daomaoxiang, Dongyuan, Genshanmen, Genyuan, Suoxiang, Tidong, Xiaotianzhu, and Zhizunong. Additionally, there are three building communities: Huanbei, Fengqi, and Qingchun. Together, they form the "9+3" development framework for the economic and social development of Chaoming. The subdistrict Party Working Committee governs 8 community Party committees, 1 community Party general branch, 1 "two new" working committee, and a general branch for Party affairs of the subdistrict office. The "two new" working committee has a corporate Party committee, a Party general branch, 37 enterprise branches, and 3 comprehensive Party committees for building communities. There are a total of 3,669 Party members in the subdistrict, with 112 neighborhood branch committees in the communities, and 1 retired branch committee for the subdistrict office. The subdistrict office has 67 Party members and 3 Party branches.
