Liangzhu Seeker One, an AI-focused one-person company (OPC) community in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, shared its experience in building an AI and entrepreneurship ecosystem at a subforum of the APEC Young Entrepreneurs Conference on Sept 16.
The conference, hosted in Hangzhou, brought together about 200 young entrepreneurs, investors, and other representatives from APEC economies to discuss AI, entrepreneurship, and digital trade.
Liangzhu Seeker One was the only OPC community in Hangzhou invited to the subforum. Li Jiahe, head of the community, outlined its work connecting young entrepreneurs, AI projects, and industry resources through community spaces and networks.
Opened in September 2025, Seeker One is among China's early initiatives exploring the AI+OPC community model, providing early-stage AI startups with workspace, networking opportunities, and access to industry resources.
The community has attracted more than 390 projects and connected with more than 2,600 digital nomads, with its core Seeker Club community comprising more than 400 AI entrepreneurs.
During the forum, Seeker One also exchanged ideas with young entrepreneurs from other APEC economies on AI innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry cooperation.
Li said that as AI reshapes how businesses are organized and launched, entrepreneurs increasingly need networks that connect them with partners, users, and industry opportunities, not just office space.
The community plans to expand these connections and explore more opportunities for cooperation between AI entrepreneurs and industries in Hangzhou and across the Asia-Pacific region.
