Cici is absolutely beyond amazing. Nothing is ever a problem. She is always there to help and is always available for me to call on her. She is brilliant at her job and the sweetest most beautiful, kindest person. We would have been lost without her. I feel like I can call her my friend after months of conversations on WeChat from Australia. We love our apartment and feel so lucky.
